Immigration and border security positions should stand and fall on their own, not be horse traded.
Border security comes first. Then we can talk and vote, one at a time on other immigration law changes.

That’s a pretty pathetic cave, if true. Schumer offered DACA Amnesty for FULL wall funding a year ago, and Trump rejected it.
