Not prophetic.
Prophecy stipulates a permanent bloody-looking moon in conjunction with the sun being turned to darkness, as a sign that the Day of the Lord is actually upon us.

I am sure a few books are being pumped out on this very topic. As all other predictions, it will fail.

The next lunar eclipse is on January 21, not January 30.

All the pieces might be on the table. It's up to us to fit the pieces together in order to see the pattern/print
Billy Graham - several prophecies regarding his death; One piece?
Billy Graham Prophecy! - Dr. Lance Wallnau | February 23, 2018
Make what you will of the pieces.
No chipping, bitten edges, or reformation in order to make it fit.

I’ve never heard the term ‘blood moon’ until in recent years. Every time there is a full lunar eclipse the moon turns red because the earth’s atmosphere scatters blue light, and the rest is refracted toward the moon, lighting it red. It happens one or two times a year so it’s nothing special.

I guess that if someone wants to see Biblical prophesy being fulfilled even when no such thing is occurring that it's their business.

It’s called a “we threw a bunch of random words together now all you superstitious folks should PANIC”. Whatever.

I’m not sure how much in this article can be trusted: the lunar eclipse is on January 20-21, 2019....

He noted that the 2014 and 2015 blood moons fell on Jewish holidays. Since Jewish months are based on the lunar calendar it is not a big coincidence when full moons, and therefore lunar eclipses, fall on Jewish holidays.

Biltz bases his celestial observations on Genesis 1:14, which says the heavenly bodies serve as signs to mark sacred times.
Just not in the way people might think.
"That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."
He explains his findings in his book...
Which is why he's not connected to the world above.
