Unless they didn’t ask him about his political views when they hired him. I have never been asked about my political views when interviewed.

When I interview, a small portion of the process involves creating “stress” and observing how the candidate handles it. If they cannot maturely handle a pointless debate with me, in controlled circumstances, they certain will not be able to handle less stress when it matters. It is not rocket science. Believe me, I know

In this day and age retail is lucky to find employees who can coherently string two sentences together.

><><

There are subtle ways to find out one’s political views in an interview. I had a boss who never hired a liberal. Lol

Yes, it’s fairly easy to spot most Libs.

This is the first time I saw this story.

If stories never got repeated, a lot of them would never be read/known.

If ya don't want to read something you read a few hours earlier, DON'T READ IT AGAIN. Super simple.

The joke of it all is that this was the first time I had ever alerted someone that a similar thread had been recently posted. I know the search has never worked right. It was just 17 threads ahead of this one. Does nobody know what the “next page” link is for? Guess I won’t be doing that again, and avoid incurring the wrath of the Gods.

"This is the first time I saw this story."

The "next page" link at the bottom of each page is your friend.

Another Democrat mental case.

He’s lucky he was dealing with that individual and not someone who’d break his face for being subjected to that level of disrespect.

In the old days, in retail/customer service, we were trained to keep our cool.

This guy was triggered over a Trump shirt and a cap? lol

Just 2 years ago, I had to serve a young, quiet guy who seemed polite. When it was time to pay, I reached for his cash and noticed a swastika tattooed on his hand.

I stopped, looked up, and we looked into each other’s eyes for a shocked moment. Just one moment of shock.

And then I just went ahead and finished the transaction, said thank you, and moved on to the next customer.

When serving the public, you have to keep your cool, no matter what, even if it’s difficult sometimes.

That year, a Trump supporter was my customer one day - he was a middle-aged black man wearing a cowboy hat. He kept telling me: “Trump’s gonna make everything better. He’s already bringing back jobs.”

Give me a customer like him every day.

Or a customer like the guy in this video. Notice the other customer wasn’t worried about his Trump shirt.

That's exactly right. You did good. Don't listen to these other people getting bent because this might have been posted previously. I never saw it either. In fact, this should be posted daily for a week or two.
