FBI Communication on Discovery of Hillary Clinton E-mails on Anthony Weiner's Laptop (yikes!)

SDNY should not take a back seat to the SCOTUS on this one. They should tear the veil off the entire Political Corruption at NYPD under the wise Mueller FBI Office, and prosecute Hillary with the same fervor they reserve for republicans.

Wow that sounds seriously tedious, but it actually makes a lot of sense. The investigations are all geared toward results in the courtroom, and the last thing you need is the defense making the case you tampered with the evidence, which they probably will claim anyway.

The serialization process sounds a lot like what they do with shared data on the cloud now. Any time a file is accessed, saved, or deleted, a record is recorded in an index, and backups are often saved (and either kept or deleted based on the service). So if it’s done using software, it wouldn’t be so bad, but if you had to manually enter every change to data into a record, yikes.

In my experience in getting search warrants(on the local level), but full disclosure I’ve never done one for a computer, if you do uncover evidence of other crimes, there a few things that need to be done.

1. Identify the investigator(s) that handle the particular crime that you think you found. IE...child porn...you get the investigator that handles that. Drugs...you get a narcotics investigator...etc etc.

2. Wait for them, which isn’t going to take long, allow them to take a look at what you found under, Color of Law and let them get a search warrant for the stuff they investigate.

On a local level(city police) it wouldn’t be out of the norm to have detectives from different units targeting the same person for different crimes.

In this case, however, people first have to realize that ‘cops’ don’t necessarily get along with the Feds, especially the FBI. NYPD certainly isn’t kowtowing to anyone. They have close to 40,000 cops on that department and all the toys. They don’t need any help. Secondly, Donald Trump is a very, very well liked person by the cops and firemen. If anyone doesn’t think he knows exactly what was on that hard drive, if not in possession of a copy of it, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.

There are so many twists, turns, criminal procedure being thrown out the window, duress, lying on the part of the investigators and DOJ, etc, that it’s hard to believe any judge would allow this to go on. But, it is DJT and the Deep State is still alive and kicking. You’d like to think the perpetrators of all of this would be ashamed of themselves, but they have no shame. They only care about their power.

Just imagine what they do to regular folks.

The upper tier of DOJ/FBI management was corrupt to the core under Osama Obama.That shouldn't surprise anyone.

Almost anyone he appointed to any position had in effect taken an oath of loyalty to him. It was just a more implicit commitment than Der Fuehrer's explicit oath of loyalty.

In all things, Obama's appointees usually asked first how it served the goals of the Democratic Party and its Leader. How else to explain the deliberate manipulation of rules and laws by the FBI, CIA, and the political judges?

CHain of custody is a simple process. As a Communicator at the Department of State, or someone working as an Information Management Specialist, in the Information Processing Center at the a diplomatic post abroad or at an another agency, the chain of custody for a Top Secret cable is as follows. It is logged into a special TS Log that will never the Post - never ever. The names of anyone with knowledge or touching the document will be entered into the log, and initialed - the document will have the classified subject, and classified content removed from the Subject, and all paragraphs on the TERP or SMART system; the communicator's initials will be entered along with the controlling authority "Deleted IAW 5FAM, etc. JC. At the embassy, consulate or "annex" this is mandatory procedures for anything classified on electronic systems, and the log for the occasional if ever TS material. The DoS probably destroys the electronic copy at Main State.

The cryptographic component can be understood as hash's controlled under the Communications Security Branch.

If the SDNY Office or NYPD has this information, it may well have been painstakingly rendered unusable.

The decision was made a long time ago by a very corrupt socialist named Obama that to be damned with Hillary and not touch her - she is the queen of poison in the DNC. She was both a drunkard while serving as SecState and "fabulously celebrated as someone gender-challenged by the adorning throngs" with the corridors and hallways on the 7th Floor.

That and the statement that emails were pulled from servers belonging to both Tony and Huma. Perhaps just a typo, really meaning pulled from accounts belonging to them.

So many people on here I would like to meet.

The document shows: 1) that the FBI investigator was scared to death to investigate anything to do with the Clinton crimes. Wonder why that was?

2) that the FBI deliberately did not examine most of the emails in the Weiner laptop. Was there a general order not to do so? How did this agent know he wasn’t allowed to look at the content of emails? Was the warrant written to specifically preclude that, even though the FBI was investigating and supposedly searching for Hillary emails? On whose corrupt orders? Gee, wouldn’t want to find that thousands of emails existed that HRC didn’t turn over.

The FBI is as corrupt as the Clintons and the Democratic Crime Syndicate. Notice Hillary was using multiple e-mail addresses, she knew this was illegal.
