I would enjoy performing either piece.
Calendars used to indicate the feast of the Epiphany which was January 6th. Today many don’t part of the reason for it was the Catholics moved its observance to the first Sunday following New Years which they used to call it but no longer The feast of Circumcision. Now it’s call the feast of The Presentation.
January 6th
On This Little Christmas
Once upon a time
and not too long ago
The Twelfth Night Of Christmas
was celebrated with a ball
On the date of His Birth
and the twelve thereafter
Kith and kin were visited
and friends received a call
So on this day I pray
on the spirit
the date recalls
Be Your
Blessings Great
and misfortunes
none befall
