Pres. Trump, when federal judges issue executive actions, continue to do what the plan calls for and tell the judge to file a complaint at the Supreme Court, kinda like Obama did when he said he had a pen and phone and bypassed Congress.

The three current pipelines come from LA. The next one, if some stupid judge doesn’t intercede, will come from TX (under the Gulf).
