WHEELING — More than 100 members of the 305th Military Police Company of Wheeling were deployed to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Saturday, following an official ceremony at Triadelphia Middle School’s gymnasium.

At this time no one has replied definitively to your question. I am submitting the possibility of CACJ California Attorneys for Criminal Justice. It is sort of the California State version of the ACLU.
