I’m reminded of the (long) story about the man who is invited to dinner at the White House and who is startled when the waiter takes part of the man’s dinner roll. As the meal continues, the waiter is more and more bold, eventually sitting down and eating all of the man’s desert. Finally the guest complains to the President. The President says: “You should have stopped him at the dinner roll”.

The 2018 election is just so blatant. They expect us to shrug and say, “That’s what they do.”

We need to stop this one. The President needs to find a way. If this is allowed, then why would anyone care about 2020? Just stay home and watch it and they’ll explain who they’ve decided will be declared the winners.

One judge witnesses election fraud in Broward County, another rules that chain custody for the Broward ballots was broken. There are other things, but just those two things mean that the Secretary of State definitely can not verify the accuracy of the Broward County ballot results. Also, a re-count isn’t an option because the reasons that SoS can’t verify the count is because we can’t verify the validity of the ballots since unaccountable, fraudulent ballots are now irretrievably mixed with the valid ballots. The ONLY option is to reject the Broward ballots entirely. That county needs a carefully monitored re-vote (not recount) because their election officials violated procedure and the law.

Re-vote is not a good idea. The dems now know how many votes they need to make sure that Nelson wins. However, if they should decide to do that, then first they need to purge the voter rolls of dead people, and only allow those who voted in the election originally to vote, after ascertaining they are who they say they are and that they have ID. There is still a problem, though, with an accurate absentee ballot vote.

"That county needs a carefully monitored re-vote..."

No. The county needs to have all their ballots thrown out of the count to learn a valuable lesson:

Elect corrupt election officials, lose your voting rights.

In the mean time, indict, arrest and convict the culprits and have a public hanging to set an example for other potential vote-frauders.

Yeah, they can get their re-vote in 4 years for the governor’s race and in 6 years for the senate.

Until then, they can wallow in the misery of knowing that their votes must be rejected because of their own fraudulent activities.

Zero pity for those clowns.

No. The county needs to have all their ballots thrown out of the count to learn a valuable lesson:

Allow them to revote on their local issues ONLY, nothing pertaining to outside the county lines.

It’s not like the county voters didn’t get fair warning the election supervisor was corrupt and would do things to invalidate the election.

I have been told that a re-vote is one of two outcomes the Democrats are counting on. Feelings. You do not give a bank robber a second chance after he fails the first time.

Ballots that fall outside the chain of custody should be disregarded, period.

I don’t see how a re-vote would be legal. But I’m not a lawyer.

You had me at delete the ballots. I say a hard NO on a revote. Broward County has proven incapable of handling this election legally or ethically. Sorry voters, you voice is lost this time.

Well, the idea is a carefully monitored re-vote. ALL ballots validated. Not a redo of what already happened.

Madison County and St. Clair County in Illinois (they are downstate counties on the border with Missouri; basically, they are collar counties of St. Louis) are Democrat strongholds, mostly black, and for decades have been well known for corruption. They are also known as judicial hellholes, as the courts there are rabidly pro-plaintiff. Hell, they are among the top choices nationwide for venue shopping.
