No. The county needs to have all their ballots thrown out of the count to learn a valuable lesson:
Elect corrupt election officials, lose your voting rights.
In the mean time, indict, arrest and convict the culprits and have a public hanging to set an example for other potential vote-frauders.
Allow them to revote on their local issues ONLY, nothing pertaining to outside the county lines.
Its not like the county voters didnt get fair warning the election supervisor was corrupt and would do things to invalidate the election.
