I do not see it that way.

Sessions' leaving and replacement with Whitaker uncloaked the hidden forces of counter attack (think Romulan Warbird).

But this still does not mean RR is black hat.

I think he is a triple agent--someone who is outwardly on our side (DoJ) but whom the derps think they have compromised, i.e., they think he is a double agent, but he is actually still working for (((WWG1WGA))), in effect undercover amongst the derps, hence a triple agent.

The effect of RR's refusals to cooperate has been to allow Mueller to quarantine the most virulent derp attacks within the "secret" Mueller investigation until POTUS could get his forces in place, including the SCOTUS majority.
