beautiful boat.

As a child and young adolescent I spent a lot of time of family boats, mostly cabin cruisers and day sailors, although there was one 38 foot sail boat in the family that I spent some time enjoying.

Looking back over my life, I am shocked that I didn’t incorporate boats into my adult life, living the coastal life here. I guess I thought that was an ended chapter. Sorry that boats were not more, for who can sail, and not smile?

Considered retiring to a boat, ala the Frugal Retiree. But at forty perhaps, now? Impossible.

You have wisely avoided expense and worry. Crew on the sailboats of others to satisfy the craving.

Looking back over my life, I am shocked that I didn’t incorporate boats into my adult life,

I grew up on a lake in northern Michigan and one of my close friend's family had a sailboat which he used to race.

Chris went on to get an engineering degree and subsequently worked for the America One Americas Cup syndicate........
