If she has been in TV news for 24 years I bet there is another reason altogether she is getting out.

I don’t watch CNN but am exposed to plenty of local Miami tv news. About 89% of the national political stuff they cover is culled from sound bites and talking points on CNN.
I left the MSM right around the time things were moving even more leftwards at “the local level”.
The media people have sunk their own ship with the political correctness permeating from the corporate boardrooms right down into the newsrooms.

WTF! My “attitude” hasn’t shifted since before Y2K, and I’m not out there abusing the local news crews. Her statements seem to suggest that they’re suffering in silence. Otherwise, why wouldn’t this be national news?
Why not just start reporting the facts, telling the truth? Can't do that, huh?
The MEDIA people are responsible for whatever wrath comes their way, for their lies, for their inciting violence and mayhem, for their false narratives, for their propaganda, for their war against civilized humans and against human civilization.
Well gosh MSM, maybe if you had not made it clear that you are nothing more than the propaganda arm of the Democrat party...and maybe if you stopped constantly lying, the public wouldn’t harbor such distrust and dislike of you. Did that thought ever occur to you?

Wrong David Bauder, it has nothing to do with what President Trump says. Because President Trump is just vocalizing what we have been thinking for quite sometime now. No longer do news outlets inform. They instead express their opinions, and people have gotten tired of the media thinking they have the right answers, when in reality they usually have the wrong answers. The other thing they are tired of is their instance on telling people which political party is right, and it’s always the same political party.
LA Times photoshopped images and had “journalists” who tried to instigate riots.
CBS aired forged documents as an October Surprise hit piece on GW Bush in 2004.
CNN covered up torture, abuse, and murder under Saddam Hussein to maintain their Baghdad bureau.
NY Times ran articles by Jason Blair who fabricated quotes and made up sources.
The press colluded with criminals in the Deep State to “leak”/plant anti-Trump news items on behalf of partisan hacks in the CIA and FBI.
Journolist was a cabal of hundreds of JINO Journalists In Nam Only colluding on the day’s talking points and who would ask what questions at supposed open “press conferences”.
Your industry is corrupt AF and you’ve done it to yourselves.

Good point; here in NJ while some of the big news sites allow comments they disable them quickly for the worst lies they spread. Anyone reading news story comments in late October 2016 would’ve had a real sense that Hillary was in trouble.
That is a big part of this trend (”Anger towards media spreads into local communities”); when you see local columnists who would normally be writing about local concerns suddenly penning op-eds against Trump and the normals that support him, it is clear that even they though are small operators, the local news outlets are :fake news” - and thoroughly Dem in their outlooks.
My local rag is struggling to stay afloat as it faces a problem it helped create: a dearth of English speakers to read its BS.

Before Donqld Trump started his one-sided, paranoic war against the free press, reporters were revered as gods in this country. Now people fling feces at them and push them off sidewalks.
