You need to go. You must go. And you must encourage others to go as well.
If you cant make it to Gosnell: the Trial of Americas Biggest Serial Killer today, do your best to get to a theater this weekend. Large weekend openings are very, very important because they help to ensure that theaters keep the movie in their line-up and other movie-goers will become curious and decide to see it.
Seeing the story of abortionist Kermit Gosnell on the big screen will re-energize pro-lifers to continue their endeavors to protect unborn babies and their mothers. However, hopefully, viewing the trial of the man convicted of three counts of first degree murder will better inform those who are sitting on the fence, or maybe even support abortion.
You and I know that many people are conflicted about abortion. They know these preborn babies are human beings that should be protected but they have a reluctance to tell a woman she cant kill that child if she wants to.
If you have a friend or family member who fits that category, ask him/her/them to see the movie. Better yet, ask them to go with you and offer to pay for the ticket. This may lead to an honest discussion that allows you to present pro-life facts they didnt want to hear before.
To find a theater near you, go to gosnellmovie.com. With a wonderful cast telling a tragic story, dont miss this great opportunity to influence others around you.
They certainly are not making it easy. Only playing on 600 screens nation wide. We have a theater playing about 45 minutes away. Were going but would be nice to see it on our theater 10 minutes away. Oh well. Worth the trip I bet.
On!y one theater in New York City and none in Boston.
Not surprised
It was like pulling teeth just to get into those theaters.
I saw the movie last night and had to drive two counties away. I was the only one in the theater, but you know what? I was not gonna let them win. Last night when I was holding that movie ticket I felt like I’d won the lottery. I remember when the press would not report on this case and I had post it here daily from either Life news or other pro life sites. Now the whole world is going to know.
So everyone if you have to drive a few miles do it. Don’t let them win. I drove about 60 miles and I’d do it again. I’ve already call a few pro life friends and said “let’s go see this movie, I’ll go again if you all want to travel in a group”>
I have to drive 7 miles. I live in Riverside County which is an evangelical stronghold in California. It is being shown in at least 6 theaters in Riverside County. Hopefully there will be a large turnout. Im reading the book right now.
Great to hear and you are right. The trip will be worthwhile for sure.
