I read a post from someone I respect who raised concerns about one of the appointments to the ninth circuit. I wonder who recommended this man, certainly not the Heritage Foundation. The posts I saw were praising Trump for going around the CA senators. Unless Bumatay is a sleeper conservative he sounds like someone the CA senators would choose. Any thoughts? “Trump just nominated Patrick Bumatay to serve as a Circuit Judge on the nightmarishly liberal U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
