The only reason there are brackets areound the "q" is because Kimberley Strassel capitalized it and Rush didn't because he put it in the middle of a sentence. That's how you normally indicate the replacement of a capital letter with a lowercase one.
It means nothing as far as Rush recognizing Qanon. It's just proper punctuation.

If Kavenaugh is confirmed and seated today then he becomes yesterday’s news immediately. Th DS will find itself in total defense posture and the attacks will become more physical in nature. With the Red Tsunami in the midterms and POTUS winning bigly (America wins bigly) the MSM will have to move to the center to be viable at all. If the 9th is then subdivided the MSM is lost. Might as well put on wholesome programming to build up the nation.

So, in 25 words or less, what is Q? That Twitter thread above (”What is Q?”) doesn’t answer that question and is the most disjointed thing i’ve ever seen.
Q is a military intelligence operation to inform citizens of what’s really going on by bypassing the mainstream media and to get citizens researching on their own to obtain the real facts. Simple.
