A feud is born.
On Oct. 5, two films will premiere: Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s “A Star Is Born” and Tom Hardy’s “Venom.” Despite the fact that “A Star Is Born” has already drummed up significant hype, garnering a 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and awards buzz, Gaga’s fan base is apparently taking it upon themselves to make sure the movie gets as much opening day attention as “Venom.”
Once the social media embargo for “Venom” broke following the superhero movie’s red carpet premiere on Monday night, some Twitter users noticed negative reviews floating around Twitter — but it was noted that many of these critics used the same exact wording.

TOTALLY AGREE with you! How many times are they going to re-make that movie?
Old hat. In the 60’s there were battles of the bands in Ft. Worth, at the Sycamore Club. The bands would recruit pretty girls who would kiss a guy in return for his vote ticket. Some of these girls would turn in 15-20 tickets to vote for their boyfriend’s band.
The net is just the modern application.

They’ll get done over and over again, until they get it right. Judging from socialism, “A Star Is Born” will never get done right.
She is NOTHING like Barbara Streisand and she is enormously talented.
I may just watch Venom. I’ve shied away from Marvel movies.
