I emailed Apple and thanked them for turning off my Ad Blocker extensions. Some of these I paid for and now Apple has decided to fill my browser with all the crap I don't want to see. Go into the App Store and do the App updates. A lot of them need to be updated to work again with the new iOS. Seemed to work for me and fixed the problems with misbehaving apps. Just installing the new iOS does not update all the apps that need to be brought up to date. If you have autoupdating turned on, they will eventually catch up over the next couple of days, but they're not in a hurry to do it for your schedule, so if you have some that are important, you can prioritize in the App Store update and force the ones you want updated NOW instead of waiting for them.

The adblockers I was using are no longer listed on the on the app store, and the one Apple recommended don't block crap.
Ill be reinstalling from an older backup this weekend.
