During WW II the government issued "WAR BONDS" to finance military operations and other expenditures in the time of war. The government took in Billions of dollars from private citizens, so why can't the government issue "WALL BONDS" to build a wall to keep illegals and drugs out of America? This is a suggestion, and is posted for your consideration. Also, it is suggested that any money raised from the "WALL BONDS" fund should be used exclusively for building the wall. Please, let's get a "WALL BOND" fund rolling and MAGA......... "WAR BONDS" will now be changed to "WALL BONDS" DO IT!
How bout that and ask for volunteers to run the machinery.
I would put in a few months on a dozer or excavator. I bet a lot of retired guys would also.
Sell bricks with your name or in memorium and that type of thing like hospitals do when building an addition.

In practice, modern governments finance war by putting additional money into circulation, and the function of the bonds is to remove money from circulation and help to control inflation.
Reading at wiki, would still require approval of congress. but not a bad idea. I would buy one.
The war bonds evolved from the “baby bonds” legislated in 1935. The Treasury introduced the legislation to congress. Raising taxes for govt growth wouldn’t go but the bonds were a “work around”? Also an inflation controller to take money out of the economy? interesting history here:

Right now the moneys for Coast Guard icebreakers at the DHS have been funneled for the wall.
Fund the wall with money that otherwise would have been wasted paying government bureaucrats by firing them.
Why can’t we just start a GoFundME page? 63,000,000 voters.
63,000,000 x $120 = $7,560,000,000 in the first year. $10 a month per person. Do that every year, over the course of this term and the next and we have more than enough. We could even fill the Rio Grande with some Nile Crocodiles and piranha’s with all that money.
