RR was recommended and POTUS followed through hearing that RR would be inclined to review the performance of Comey objectively.
The telltale sign of RR’s allegiance is his wife Barsoomian. She wore the pants. RR’s life, his career, his social life, everything was tied to the Clinton culture and his wife was front and center in the middle of that culture.
The thing to understand is that POTUS was at first trusting and over time shifted his views as he saw performance and results. He did not know Sessions all that well, he did not know RR at all. He relied on people such as Rince Priebus and other establishment drones. The generals did a stellar job protecting him from assassination but even the Army did not know the depth of the corruption, it was a learning curve for every patriot in POTUS’s inner circle.
Since January 20, 2017, POTUS has grown magnificently into the job, he has the best security, the best of strategists, the best advisers, he has winnowed the field considerably and is on his way to making the GOP the Party of Trump just as Reagan did in the early 1980s.
But early on RR slipped through the cracks and he has remained there because of politics. His tenure is coming to an end soon we hope.

This is not true. Trump knew everything before becoming President.

Sessions reputation in DC is beyond reproach.

I also agree with this. The only way RR is neutral or white is if he was presented the evidence against him and flipped. They set him up.
Never underestimate those behind Trump even if you underestimate Trump, which nobody should do.

Well, we don’t see these matters the same way. Time will tell.
Don’t know where you’re getting some of your behind-closed-doors assumptions, such as RR’s private life and motivations, but Q has often said: “Trust Sessions,” and I do ... and Q.
I DO NOT TRUST a lot of the self-appointed Q PAYtriots, nor the commentators on FoxNews (at least not totally; they’re subject to obvious pressures).
I think RR is a plaid hat. I think he will have to recuse himself when the declassification happens because we will find out that some of what was done, towards the end, was done with Trump’s knowledge. Like, traps were being set.
