Not necessary to the thesis. I'm just guessing as to method No Name night use.
But what I can't see is an execution carried out as result of a secret trial; nor do I see an extra-legal execution aka assassination. So it had to be some form of suicide to match Q's pre-announced date (National Dog Day).

FTA: In 2011, President Barack Obama abruptly cut short a golf outing and returned to the White House so quickly he did not change out of his golf cleats. Later it was learned he had returned to monitor the raid in Pakistan that killed Osama bin Laden.
