t may look "cool" and like something from out of the movies, but in reality the action of this driver put many lives at risk, including his own. He now faces Criminal Charges and will appear in court in October.

The Bluesmobile is back?
More money than brains
Insufficient mass and too low cruising altitude for a General Lee.
“More money than brains”
That’s what it usually takes to buy a Tesla.
It’s not licensed for flight..................
The invisible hand will either smite or greatly reward Mr. Musk.
We are helping to pay for it, so enjoy the show.
Its not licensed for flight..................
Something about any landing you can walk away from...
I’d like to hear how the suspension handled this event?
And see the damage estimate.
Probably busted every shock, spring and tie rod on the car..............
Isn’t one flying to the asteroid belt as we speak?
What’s he charged with? Lacking a pilot’s license?
Aw heck, we used to do that with our motorcycles all the time. The trick is finding the right spot to get airborne as somewhat sane velocities.
The front end barely got 2 ft up. The rear might have gotten close to 3.5ft up. Security video at link. He simply sped over a RR crossing.
Maybe he was just a refugee fleeing Chicago or one of the other Democratic $hith*le cities in America.
He might have been someone rich enough (probably with taxpayer money) to afford a Tesla and smart enough to get the hell out of Dodge while the gettin’s good. OTOH, maybe he was homeless in Seattle or somewhere and driving a Telsa he stole from the rich guy.
Anyway, don’t come to Texas unless you’re driving an F-350 or larger truck. We need more truck drivers and bigger trucks. We have enough lawyers and Teslas for now. And please leave your Jeep in Colorado if you think you are going to be moving to Texas. Need a U-haul? No problem.

“Whats he charged with?”
Battery.
Yes. And Mueller charged him./S
Probably busted every shock, spring and tie rod on the car..............
I suspect that is a very close assessment.
He loses it in the Assikinack schoolyard approx 600 feet west of the Little Avenue railway tracks.
My guess is that he lost the ability to steer upon landing?

He should claim the car was self driving.
The trick is finding the right spot to get airborne as somewhat sane velocities.
Also a very good to land rear wheel first; accelerate slightly as you take off.
Looks like he landed front first, hard, on a downhill.
Losing tire seal and maybe a few vital components on impact.
Methinks he had a very sudden change of heart and removed his foot from the potentiometer (?, not a gas pedal?) at an inopportune time.
Easier on a bike to shift your weight as well to prevent the front from rotating down.
He should claim the car was self driving.
THAT’S THE TICKET!
The autopilot did it!
Or was it Otto Pilot? He may need additional inflation after this move.
