YouTube from ELO at the Denver Pepsi Center. A great show. This is from Jeff's time with The Travelling Wilburys ( George Harrison, Jeff Lynde, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison). Only Jeff and Bob are still alive. This is the ELO version from a few weeks ago. Enjoy.

My wife and I were in section BBB (floor, center, front, row 7). A great show!

Wish I could have been there (but the video is the next best thing). It looks like Jeff put together a really good group. Is he the only original member there? On your previous thread somebody said Bev Bevan was too ill to tour.
It’s hard to imagine that the time from now back to the Traveling Wilburys is longer than the time from the Traveling Wilburys back to the Beatles.

I thought Kris Kristopherson was also a part of this little band of legends. Maybe he is when he wants to be.

From what I can find, Bev Bevan is still alive and well, just not playing right now.

The excitement at
Bangla Desh will never be matched. When it started my friend yelled out, "It's a f__in orchestra!" The entire stage at MSG was covered with top-notch musicians, the stars of the rock world.
The only thing that matched it was when Bob Dylan appeared on stage unexpectedly. Everyone jumped out of their seats and started running up toward the stage.

I have been to Red Rocks. The last was for one of the annual Blues Travelers 4th of July concerts. Red Rocks is only about 20 miles from where I live.

Whoa! Great UTube clip!!!
I wish the guy editing the video laid of the effects.
But the sound is really good.
Definitely my favorite song from that album.

Could be, but I haven't seen it.

I saw ELO on the spaceship tour (after Out of the Blue was released in '77 or so). Not sure whose fault it was, but the sound was absolutely awful for the first few songs of that show. It improved as the show went on, but still, it nearly ruined a pretty good (but not great) show. Watching this version of ELO, the one thing that remains the same is that Jeff Lynne still doesn't have much stage presence. Great songwriter and musician, mind you, but he gets up there and just kind of plows ahead like he's following a script.

The sound was great at Denver Pepsi Center. First time I have seen ELO so nothing to compare to.
On December 3 is Fleetwood Mac. I have seen them twice long ago, but would like to see them again.

If I ever get to Colorado I hope someone good is playing at Red Rocks. I’d like to check it out.

I was there as well. You must remember the laser show they did on the cello while the cello-player did a solo of “Flight of the Bumblebee”?
It was a night to remember (Memphis for me) watching what remains my favorite musical group.

Red Rocks is great. The Blues Travelers usually play 4th of July. The fireworks over Denver and surrounding communities are impressive.

I wish the guy editing the video laid of the effects. Me too. I wonder if there is any footage anywhere of the fans rushing the stage spontaneously. I stayed in my seat because I'm sane, but my date ran up to the front and somebody else came and sat in his seat. It was chaos.

I vaguely remember that part of the show. Definitely lots of lasers. The spaceship/stage was actually pretty impressive.

We saw them at Madison Square Garden great show. Showtime channel has the concert from Wembley last year.

Saw ELO in Philly last week; Jeff Lynne is pushing 71 and he still sounds like he did 40 years ago. The entire rest of the band is gone, but the replacements sounded just like the originals. A fantastic show, worth every penny of the high priced tickets.
