A former schoolmate of slain Iowa college student Mollie Tibbetts bore the child of the man accused of killing her, according to a report.
Iris Monarrez was a cheerleader at Brooklyn, Guernsey, and Malcom High School while Tibbetts was on the track team there, a picture in their yearbook obtained by the Daily Mail shows.

so, by law, who should get involved in ANY way with an illegal? it’s aiding the illegal behavior. Religous groups are right up there with businesses who import illegals in this way, and it just encourages more to come illegally. It’s just wrong on so many levels.

If Mollie was 20 and Monarrez is 25, how could they have been classmates?
To be fair the girl friend, just like the employer, thought he was here legally.

Well, she was not an idiot, and he is.
I agree. It may change the story from “grabbed off the street by a total stranger” to “picked up by someone she knew but should not have trusted.” That doesn’t make the murder any less horrible, of course, but it might relieve some of the terror created by the notion that everyone is a potential victim of being grabbed off the street by a total stranger.
If a church or synagogue SPONSORS some “migrant” who in fact is an axe murderer..?
The sponsoring entity should be liable.
Not sure but article says she graduated in 2016, a year ahead of mollie.
