kinda poor choice to be a spectator so close to golf, hockey, baseball etc sports where things can fly a distance. It’s happened many times where people are unexpectedly struck whether actua gamel play or as in this case agitation on the part of player, spectator has no need to be there and is only there because they want to be that close to action.
I don't think your argument is going to hold up when the wrongful injury lawyers get involved........LOL!
