Well, over 60% of the voters believe that the government bureaucrats shouldn’t have the power to ban things because they, in their opinion, look scary.
Aside from the fact that his was not put forth by bureaucrats, but by the elected city council, I agree.
This should have been done by grass roots petition to put the question ON the ballot.
