I think assuming an assassination attempt it’s where the anons got it wrong. With her cover as a q follower, it makes more sense that sure wanted to hug the President and then start some violence against the media. Then later evidence will come out that she made up the threat. All of this to discredit q.
I think either is possible given where that article puts the pieces together nicely. It's also quite possible they were attempting it all for the deep state win-win-win.
