Z, “Zulu” usually used to indicate “time zero” but can be used to indicate Greenwich Median Time (GMT).
M5-Z could be a time (M5) minus time to GMT. Possibly 5AM Mountain minus 7hours to GMT; giving a midnight arrival at Terminal 9.
