Okay, camping cooking.

What does "targeted time" mean? Can it mean time you already took that is now fixed time or the planned time it will likely take in the future?

My argument is that that time you already took is known time you actually did take. It can't be a target in the past tense.

Funny how those all seemed to be at the exact same depth. About 120 miles off shore though. Used to go to Gold Beach a lot when I was a kid. Lots of steelhead, huckleberries, and jade. ;)
