Something to the order of 90% of your cholesterol is manufactured by your own dang liver. Genetics does indeed play the by far largest role in arterial plaques. On top of that peoples livers put out diff % LDL (Bad) and HDL (Good).

Fats are not bad for you, your liver is.

I’ll agree there are such things as “bad fats” (the ones created “for us” in labs, trans fats, etc.) but saturated fats aren’t giving people heart disease, like the lies “science” and doctors have fed us for years.

Like natural sugar cane, one rarely desires to eat too much saturated fats. Sat fats take care of us feeling full after meals; unlike “low fat” meals where we are hungry after a short time and continue eating unhealthy foods!
