France's World Cup celebrations marred as fans are choked by tear gas after police also use water cannon and clash with revellers in Paris as a MILLION people party into the night on the Champs-Élysées
Police forces fired tear gas as scuffles and pockets of looting broke out on the Champs-Élysées as French football celebrations in Paris soured following their sides World Cup victory over Croatia in Moscow.
Revelers set off smoke bombs in the national colors - blue, white and red - obscuring Napoleon's triumphal arch as police tackled the crowd using water canons. People climbed atop every newspaper kiosk and bus stop in the area to wave flags and lead the crowds below in cheers. The national anthem, the Marseillaise, rang out, cars honked horns and cherry bombs cracks.
Looters broke into shop fronts and smashed windows before they were driven back by riot police brandishing shields.

A Question, WAS there any of the teams that competed for the World Cup have KNEELERS who dropped to their knee when their country;s National Anthem was played. I wonder if in those countries they have better human rights records, or do the people just LOVE their country no matter who is President, and no matter what minorities suffer.
France is much better at soccer because of muslim immigration.

yep. My grandparents were french but never would I root for this NWO arabist entity and soccer team that France has become. The Croates were much more genuine a team imo. The Swiss were rooting for the Croates so that should say something

Soccer is the number one sport in the world. Tiny minds make insignificant comments.
France won the World Cup in 1998. They have always been a strong contender. This years winners are coached by an outstanding member of the 1998 team.
Unlike 1998, when they were led by the Algerian, Zidane, this team mostly had sub-saharan blacks. In 1998 in the banlieues, they were flying more Algerian flags than French flags.
Well they did what Napoleon couldn’t, win in Russia.
