Kimble, to Douglas: Now, what’s your name again?
Douglas, annoyed: Mr. Kimble!
Kimble: Wow, you have the same name as me!

Will it get a modern update so they have to climb the pole to get cell coverage?

This trend of revamping old shows and movies is just lazy. It is easier to copy than create.

Mr Kimble was the County Agent.I thought Mr. Kimball was, by far, the best character on the show..... Okay, maybe not by far, but he was certainly the best.....Well, not the best, but he was pretty good..... Actually, he was.....what was the question again?

Oh wait....as it turns out, I had it backwards. “Green Acres” was the spin off of “Petticoat Junction”. All these years, I had it wrong. :-0

I remember they had at least one spin off: Petticoat Junction. You got it backwards.
Petticoat Junction was created upon the success of Paul Henning's previous rural/urban-themed sitcom The Beverly Hillbillies (19621971). The success of Petticoat Junction led to a spin-off, Green Acres (19651971).
