DC ‘pubs are in trouble because they’d rather lose than actually fulfill campaign promises made to their voting fodder. They’ve been a farce and disgrace since Obamacare wasn’t repealed. The generic ballot survey sums up all voters in the survey accross all districts, so with any such poll Dims will outweigh the GOP, but that kind of sampling does not look into any district by district possible voting. And district by district, not the generic ballot, is all anyone needs to consider. For instance, yes there are more votes in the San Francisco districts than districts around Redding, but the votes in San Francisco do not affect the votes in Redding.
