Yeah, I think its very sad. In fact, I want to extend to his family my heartfelt condolences. That was very shocking, Trump told reporters in Canada.
When I woke up this morning: Anthony Bourdain is dead. And I enjoyed his show. He was quite a character, I will say. But I just want to extend my condolences.
Yet televisions commander in chef made no secret of his hate of Trump. Bourdain had joked about poisoning the president, compared him unfavorably to fascists and mocked the size of his hands.
I will never eat in his restaurant, Bourdain told Eater shortly after Trumps election. I have utter contempt for him, utter and complete contempt.
Although Bourdain once said hes never sit down for a meal with Trump, he had second thoughts if Chinese food were served.
Trump would be interesting, he told Thrillist back in 2016, because watching him struggle with chopsticks would be pretty fking hilarious.
Bourdain wondered out loud: How does he even grab chopsticks with those little fingers?

“Im still going with my David Carradine Theory”
Possibly, but seeing thw photos of his “Girlfriend” stepping out on him while in Rome with some Italian pretty boy 33 years his junior probably didn’t help.
Some men really need to grow up - especially when they have a young child on the brink of adolescence.
“Nice to know who the better man ended up being”
Absolutely.
Alex Jones had an interesting take on Bourdain yesterday, which I found on YouTube. But I really don’t know much about Alex Jones to make any sort of opinion over what he had to say.
“Try using chopsticks”
Occasionally I do, and it is a work in progress. Watermelon is easy... just stab it.
I used to use the square chopsticks but I haven’t seen those in a long time. I think they might have been Japanese but the squared tips gripped much better than round.
He was a total @$$ clown. Insulting jerk.
I saw an episode of Bourdain’s show a few years ago but only because Ted Nugent was the primary focus. I don’t have the exact quote but Bourdain said, and I am paraphrasing, that his liberal friends in NY will be irate to see him with Nugent doing things such as using weapons. He added that conservatives are more fun than liberals. That last thought should be a universal creed.
Good post.
No thanks, I’ll stick to a fork. LOL
