Used to be able to tell with nearly 100% accuracy which ones still belong to gangs. They wear a ball cap skewed to one side a bit. That’s more of a social thing these days, though, and even white guys do it.
But the ones who belonged to gangs still belong to gangs, because once a gang member, always a gang member. It’s a blood oath, or so I’ve been told.
