I find that as simplistic as Democrats always bad and Republicans always good

I don’t care whether people call one “left” and the other “right”, and I don’t think those words have much political meaning in any case. All forms of socialism are oppressive and evil. What matters is individual freedom. Today, the thugs who want government to be their weapon mostly call themselves the left, so I oppose today’s left.
Not to worry, it’s been a lo-o-o-ong time since I was a kids and sometimes I still look like an idiot...
