#1 “sharticle” - must credit Eddie01 - that just happened here on FreeRepublic
#2 most folks are hitting micro-breweries popping up everywhere.
No cheap beer drinker is going to make the aluminum jump to light speed.
I don’t think we have that in Florida. I think that is mostly a New England thing and I think New York does that too. Hardly any states have that program.
You mean all those recycled cans are sent overseas to be processed into new beer cans? Color me skeptical of GPS scare tactics!
MillerCoors! When two negatives make a worse negative.
Could maybe think about using American aluminum.
It exists. I use it in my job.
LOL! That’s like piss and poop having a baby.
I’m so old I remember when beer only came in glass bottles. I still order a cold Texas long neck with my meals.
Anyway, mama said aluminum was not healthy.
I drink my Redhook IPA out of a bottle anyway.
Mr. Chairman of Molsom Coors,
What you are saying is that I MUST subsidize YOUR business concerning State services.
Mr. Molsom Coors you have not sent me a thank you card for all those years I PAID YOUR TAXES.
Coors, you elitist tyrant.
Mr. Molsom Coors, you DEADBEAT, pay your own taxes.
Pay your Tariff, Mr. Molsom Coors, it buys Government services that YOUR LOBBYISTS beg for from Congress.
Mr. Molsom Coors, Tariffs work! They succeed. You keep demanding Government privilege and regulations.
The Tariff pays for your careless, bad regulations to keep out competition.
Tariff pays your roads, and regulations.
DEADBEAT!
Ha! A better description.
It would be far, far better thing if fewer people would drink less of the commercial Canadian swill called ‘beer’.
TWB
I went to a BBQ where all they had was Bud - >gag< I drank one to please the host and held on to it for the remainder of the evening. Bud, Coors, Miller, etc are nothing but swill.
The Chairman is either a incompetent moron or a political asswipe, perhaps both. Beer, which is best in bottles or kegs, isn’t limited to being in aluminum cans.
I can’t imagine that Canadian company having any political agenda...

I guess it’s back to 3.2% Al beer for me, then. Gotta economize, you know.
BTW, cost of beer ain’t going up as near as much if you learn to brew your own beer (wine too). Ask those who care to get you a brew kit for father’s day. Tell them to skip the ties and socks, you are going galt. Then enjoy your brew and watch our society as it breaksdown and goes to h*ll day-by-day.
On the other hand, saving aluminum cans may become worthwhile again.
They actually did misspell “tariffs” in the headline.
Well, I liked the glass bottles with twist off caps.
