By her logic, those of us who served should be entitled to own whatever weapons we had during our time in service. As an MP company commander I was signed for 44 MK19 grenade launchers. Might be a little much for the back of my Jeep, but I’d be willing to hold most of them in storage.

I investigated a late night noise a few years back coming from my kitchen.
It was the first time I ever checked nocturnal noises without bringing my shotgun.
I wound up with a 10-inch military style knife embedded in my shoulder.
While paramedics took the knife out, the chief of police asked if I owned a gun.
I told him yes, to which he replied, “why didn’t you use it?”
Oh, and the cops kept the knife.
I think an M1A2 would look great in my driveway. I’ll take it in the old woodland paint scheme, though.
