The hover text is assigned by the accumulator. They are not in the original Q drops. Therefore they are assumptions.
If you are on a site like qanon.pub and you let your cursor hover over certain abbreviations, you will see a pop-up “explanation or decode”
They can be helpful but are not always accurate. For example, I just hovered over NP in the post from early this morning. It’s quite obvious that NP should be Pelosi, but the hover popup says “non-profit”. Haha!
