What you say about the Constitution is true. Any state law such as those being proposed by the DS Calif legislature WILL fail before SCOTUS, as you say. But in the meantime, it serves its purpose as a time waster and roadblock to those who are trying to keep the dangerous folks out.

It really was inspiring to see those California local leaders doing that pushback you mention and to see how our President and his team will be working with them!

AP could be Associated Press, of course, with many leak investigations at bay ... but I'm thinking something else, still, too. That day was the post of the Apple HQ and the shipping container ... speculation then was "AP" was "Apple Products" which I thought was not really good ... I wanted something better!

This NYT story Crossfire Hurricane says that FBI was worried that if it came out they were spying on Trump campaign it would “only reinforce his claims that the election was being rigged against him.” Yes, I can imagine that would reinforce those claims. I mean, !!! !!! !!! !!!
