I really don’t like pit bulls. They all seem to have a crazy look in their eyes like those wide eyed liberals. You just never know when these ‘loving family pets’ are going to get set off and turn into killers.

I was going to post something humorous, but...I keep trying to remember there is a person behind this, and a terribly injured one.
The “Internet” occasionally makes me forget that.
If these dogs are indeed his, wouldn't he be responsible even if letting them loose wasn't intentional?
It seems that when they get together with other pit bulls, the erratic behavior is compounded. They try to out-vicious each other.
Dog of peace. The Islamic breed of dogs.
If the dogs were his, then the owner should be totally responsible for any harm done by them. If people want to accept that risk, then they can “have” a pit bull. If they don’t want to accept that risk, then NO PIT BULLS.
Clear negligence. You are depending on contractors to keep the dogs penned up?
How about putting the dogs somewhere where the contractors are not working? A room inside the house perhaps?
Perhaps both owner and victim are members of a protected class.
Per Whoopie, dog fighting and pit bulls may be “part of his cultural upbringing.”

If there are pitbulls at the local dog park, my greyhound and I decide to visit it another time. I’ve seen too many cases where the owners just turn them loose and then go back and sit in their cars. Even the young dogs put me off.
Whats with US news stories in UK (and less-than totally reliable ones at that) sources? Does it have to do with FR posting/linking/excerpt policy?

And what I mean by that - “The Sun” is widely acknowledged to be little more than a tabloid on the level with the National Enquirer... sometimes real articles, and a lot of time engineered, fictions, or exaggerated stories.
But in this particular case - the story is horrid enough to not need embellishing.
Going through my local pound recently, at least 80% of the dogs available were either pit bulls or pit bull mixes (with the characteristic head).
(No shepherds, dachshunds, dalmations, poodles, etc.)
Makes me wonder why their owners abandoned them, or brought them in to the pound.
And how safe any new “adopters” would be...
Not far from the truth. Was working on a project with a couple of Palestinian guys. Seemed like real nice guys, very friendly, funny and light hearted. Worked with them for a week, then one day a Jewish contractor came into the building and their mask slipped.
That feeling you get when you realize you are in the room with cold blooded killers...
Kinda like picking up a pet gopher snake in the yard and it starts rattling.
It’s a good thing no one in the area had an evil gun, or someone might have been hurt even worse.
They need to go to jail.
