Angry Goose Attacks High School Golfer, Knocks Him to Ground

A mama goose in a "fowl" mood went after a high school golfer in Michigan, knocking him to the ground for getting a little too close to her nest.

The teen, Isaac Couling, suffered no serious injuries in the attack, but the photos - aired Tuesday morning on "Fox & Friends First" - have quickly gone viral.

Geese are the worst kind of pest and crap everywhere. Any ideas on getting rid of them where killing them is illegal.

Had my own run-in with one at a local golf course and swung at it with the 5-iron I had in my hand. Hit him underneath the wing and he flew away screaming and hollering. A good time was had by all.

Yup. 160 or so yards. Just a soft, easy stroke as I am not all that handy with a 9 or similar wedge club. My 5 is my go to.

I had a goose attack me a couple of years ago. Since I carry my golf bag, I just used it as a shield. The attack didn’t last long. Maybe 2 or 3 strikes until he figured out the golf bag wasn’t another goose.
