After hub's service as POTUS, she decided to find the most liberal place available to run for the Senate. After winning the Senate seat because of who she married, she ran for president and was beaten by a freshman Senator who was a remarkably clean and articulate black guy (thanking JBiden for this observation).
HRC's entire professional career was built on her marriage partner's success, But, strong and independent woman for president.

I am female & y78. I sometimes go to dinner at the local Senior Center.
During the election cycle, the topic of voting in a woman for President was a frequent topic.
One retired military female was particularly strong in her praise for Hillary & she delighted in baiting me to vote for Hillary........BECAUSE she was female.
I finally quite sternly told her-—and the whole room—that IF she wanted a woman to be President, she better talk Judge Judy into running. I was NEVER going to vote for corrupt Hillary & her sexual predator husband. I went home.

People like this make me almost physically ill. So small minded. Basing their choice of POTUS on whether they have a vagina or a penis. As if these feminists, who are supposed to think men and women are equal, believe a woman will bring something different to the table in the role of leader of the free world. Is it simply to feed their own ego or do they really believe a woman would get the job done better than a man? Hey, if it were a smart, likable, conservative female running for prez and I felt she was the best candidate, sure I’d vote for her. I’m thinking these kinds of people are also secretly racist if they base so much worth upon the superficiality of folk rather than look at content of character.
