It’s amazing how many churches there are down here. Baptist mostly (where I’m looking) although there are two synagogues and ten Catholic Churches. But, obviously, Baptist is the major religion. Vast amounts of churches from wealthy to teeny tiny ones.
And most of the churches here are quite beautiful. Brick buildings with pretty windows and of course white steeples.
I’m wondering how the congregations afford them. With so many churches in a sparsely populated area, they each can’t be too full!
