HUTCHINSON, Kan. (KSNW) - Hutchinson police say two women made fake calls to 911 leading police to believe a man was dangerous, armed with a gun and hiding in a garage.
Before police could figure out the truth, they ended up pointing weapons at an innocent man and his baby.
Chassity Nicholson, 22, of Hutchinson and Tatumn Watkins, 20, of Hutchinson are now charged with making a false alarm and giving false information regarding violence or threat to a person's safety.
Michael Kirk, the victim of the call, says he was just watching TV early Thursday when all of a sudden police are in his backyard screaming for him to come out.
He walked outside with his 3-month-old baby and was surrounded by police with their guns drawn.
Police were there responding to what is now known as a prank call about a welfare check where one of the women on the call said Kirk was armed with a handgun and was threatening his family, which he was not.(snip)
The call turned out to be a hoax and Kirk was let go. His 3-month-old baby was returned. But Kirk says he is now left with painful reminders.
"I still have marks on my arms from the handcuffs," explained Kirk.
And Kirk says he feels lucky to be alive.
"They handled it to a decent point but like I said when I was pulled out of the garage, there so many of them screaming at me telling me to do different things that one little move I could have made they could have shot me."

The best thing he did here was to walk outside holding the baby or else he could have been murdered by the police like Andrew Finch was murdered in January.
I would treat that as attempted murder, but perhaps let them plead down to assault with a deadly weapon.

I wonder is Ms. Nicholson’s parents (assuming that the father was still in the picture) thought of and rejected fitty different names for her before settling on Chassity.
Wonder what they’d do if you (the innocent homeowner) called 911; told them there was a gang of armed thugs outside your home and you were in fear for your life.
I’m going to make a wild-eyed guess that neither of Chassity’s parents ever won a spelling bee.

The two losers are obviously ugly sluts who couldn’t bribe a gorilla to get naked with them. The punishment for this needs to be public execution. With bags over their ugly-a$$ faces.
What they did is really attempted murder. I know it doesn't meet the standards in the law for that charge, but these two idiots ought to receive very heavy punishment.
Doesn’t even look like he has a garage. That should have been a clue to the SWAT team.
Sounds like these two lovely young ladies should have a perfectly suitable career in the pole dancing industry...

Point of order! If they are unable to procure male companionship, even by bribery and even of another species, do they actually qualify as "sluts"?
