Lovely idea, except that it would not work. If we assume that NK is aware of this system, they can easily work around it.
I have saying something similar for years. I would like to see the US be able to shoot down every missile NK fires. It also sends a message to other countries seeking to go down NK’s path ... that it is futile.
And then NOKO gets the world class jammers from Russia - tech the US lags way behind, and so much for the orbiting drones.
