That’s the way to do it! Rice from the vine makes the best sake.

Do you watch cartoons in your jammies on Saturday mornings while eating a big bowl of Captain Crunch?

I can't speak for EEE, but I prefer to watch films such "Princess Mononoke" or "Sleeping Beauty" on my 70" 4K tv after work while enjoying some takeout sushi.

Well, I know you like to cook.

I’m not crazy about green beans myself but do like lima beans which I put in succatash.

What’s wrong with all the chicken the guy eats? It’s low in fat if you don’t eat the skin and it’s not red meat.

You'd have to ask him. I prefer a bagel and lox or, if I'm more ambitious, a traditional American breakfast of an omelette, bacon, and hash browns.

Not surprising

One disturbing trend I’ve seen over the last 20 or so years is more & more it’s the kids that are determining what they eat for diner. Long gone are the days when you don’t leave the table until you finish your meal. Nope, parents are too eager just to pull out and microwave Chicken nuggets and/or Mac & Cheese.

Even on holidays!! I’ve seen my wife, grandmother, mother, mother-in law, etc. spend all day cooking for Thanksgiving / Christmas only for my relatives to show up with their own Microwavable diners to heat up separately for their kids. God forbid, little Johnny or Suzie has to try some turkey.

I am not aware of any articles belittling women for indulging in ice cream and candy.

I have an in-law that eats grilled cheese sandwiches for 3 meals a day, pretty much 7 days a week. Cold ones on Shabbos. Not sure what he does during Passover.

He’s over 50, not fat, not thin. Seemingly in good health.
