"You Don't Have To Remember. Just Do As I Say." (Swamp Mafia)

This video segment taken from Godfather II (screenplay written by Francis Ford Coppola and original Godfather novel author Mario Puzo) like so many segments of Puzo's work, cuts close to the truth, maybe a little too close.

The Modus Operandi that criminal syndicates use is to frame a target with a crime and then control that target for the rest of their life unless they commit suicide which is not uncommon.

The mobsters frame the target in a crime and then they offer 'help', 'protection'.

Today, an example of this sort of blackmail staging is called 'Brownstoning'. One example sets a Brownstone building in NYC to hold a get-together party for targeted dignitaries and VIPs. The target is taken into a separate room and consumes a beverage or inhales a sprayed mist laced with Fentanyl becoming confused, unable to speak, slurred, drowsy.

After the target is incapacitated but still awake, the target's clothes are removed, naked underage children are brought in, photos and videos are taken.

There can be a sudden burst into the room with screaming and yelling, the target is shaken, the room is emptied of everyone except for mobsters and the target.

The target is approached by members of the criminal group that staged the incident. The target may be admonished or held in harsh interrogation while the gangsters pace around lamenting what is to be done with this despicable pedophile.

Then a lawyer or negotiator enters and tells the others to leave. The target is in shock not able to remember anything.

What follows next is "You don't have to remember. Just do as I say."

The target is assured the incident will not be revealed. But there are witnesses still. The negotiator assures the target the others will be told not to say a peep about what happened.

The target's life is ruined and may suicide. Or they will fold in with the mob and live a life of uneasy comfort as long as they do what they're told.

What is happening in DC is deadly serious. Why haven't members of Congress screamed to the heavens about McCabe, about his recent firing? About the Awan spy ring? How many members of Congress are compromised?

Do you know that Dennis Hastert and Tony Podesta knew each other as counselors at a youth camp? Did you know that another kid group counselor who was with them was later in life a Seattle attorney who defended a Boy Scout leader who was accused of child molestation?

THIS IS NOT A GAME.

The routine in DC is simple: as long as you do not oppose the real “Powers that Be” in DC, you will have a good life. You will get good investment advice, so that you will retire wealthy. You will get to go on trips, paid for by lobbyists, to nice places. You will get to have mistresses, and the media will ignore you. You can even pretend to be a conservative, as long as you do not give real opposition to any agenda which is important the Powers.

But if you mess with anything the Powers consider important, expect your comfortable life to end.
