I doubt all her court history is erased. Case files, in courts, tend to persist except through disaster and war.
That said, don't buy, not for one second, that lawyers are detached from their clients. The reason for conflict management is because lawyers are attached to their clients, and can't be trusted to act adverse to their interests, EVER.

If they were knowingly operating in furtherance of an illegal enterprise, then yes, they are operating criminally.
