No I don’t think it’s too far out there. I’m not sure what it is. I know that stuff they put in the water was not likely to be for containing the oil, but I forget what I read about it. It was controversial.
A certain amount of weather control exists - US military - own the weather 2025, lots of Geo Engineering.
global warming - hasn’t been occurring for years. In fact we are entering a cooling phase - soon they’ll be predicting a man-made ice age.
