“recordings said to be of Russian mercenaries”

Excuse me if I take that with a grain of salt.

Our overthrowing Middle Eastern and North African dictators/oligarchs has been disastrous. Nobody would compare the Shah of Iran, Saddam Hussein, or Qaddafi to Thomas Jefferson or James Madison, but their replacements have been far worse and cost the United States untold billions of dollars and, in the case of Iraq, several thousand American lives. The Assad regime is similar to the overthrown oligarchs in many respects. However, the regime protects Christians from persecution from Muslim extremists, as did the Shah and Saddam Hussein. Their replacements persecuted Christians, driving those not killed or imprisoned into exile. Russia is protecting a nation that has been an ally from the Soviet era, so their actions are understandable. Soviet/Russian power peaked at the time of Brezhnev 40 years ago, and Putin does not want further diminution of his country's influence. Israel wants a divided Syria, to protect its northern border from terrorist incursions and possible invasions. The Kurds, divided between Iraq, Turkey, and Syria, want long-delayed independence.

I don't have a problem with the United States acting as a broker among the contending powers. However, we have no business using our men or materiel in the Syrian conflict.

So you don’t like ISIS defeated?

Complete nonsense, as I assume you know. I want ISIS defeated worldwide. We are wrapping that up in Iraq, and Russia will help Assad to do it in Syria. I do not want our troops in Syria to do that job, not when those countries can do it faster without our "help".

I don’t see Russia as our problem, better to direct the attention to the Chinese and North Koreans.

Agreed.

You thought wrong - ISIS severely beaten, is not defeated, yet.

Completely incorrect. the Russians and Syrians are not battling ISIS, they are merely bolstering the Assad regime of his internal opponents.

“They hacked us and got Trump elected because they wanted him to kick their a*s, you know.”

LOL...It is beyond laughable that the premise to the SC investigation is that Russia would want Trump as Pres., versus that Uranium One and “Hillary reset”.

Message to Russia: Go back to Crimea and E. Ukraine, dipshits.

Same thing we were doing in Libya, same thing we did way back long ago in Kosovo.

Here’s how it works - topple the existing Government. Take any gold and money they have and launder money to your cronies/crooks. Set up puppet Government. Get puppet to sign oil leases, mineral rights etc. Start the rat lines getting the minerals out. In Kosovo, there was some drugs and sex trafficking too.

As a plus, build a pipeline through Syria for Middle East buddies to supply Europe instead of Russia. Also cut off Russia’s use of the port. Same play book year after year.

Here’s a really good video that explains how it works and ties in the HRC emails and laundering through Clinton Foundation, Global Initiative.

Eric Braverman (former CEO of CF) realized that he was going to be the fall guy and called reporter said follow money, oil, and drugs, then disappears. Link below is brief description of how it works:

This one below explains additional details regarding Haiti:

No you aren't...as the recent catch and release of 100s of ISIS fighters in Raqqa and the unmolested terrorist camps on Israel's doorstep in the Golan demonstrate.

The US and it's allies are in the business of grabbing Syrian territory/infrastructure and re-branding the terrorists, not killing them...while pretending they're doing otherwise.

Right this minute, re-branded ISIS terrorists are shelling the humanitarian corridor set up to allow Syrian civilians to escape Ghouta where they are being held hostage, for Damascus.

That a neo-liberal dupe like yourself doesn't even try to rebut these facts, but instead starts squawking "Russian bot" like a parrot, speaks for itself.

There you go again, spouting RT propaganda as good as any Russian cyber bot lol.

The US is decimating ISIS, with no help from Russia, btw. The only civilian shelling that is going on is by Syria and Russia in Ghouta. You need to come out of your Putin boot-licker delusions and face reality — or not. I could care less.

Interesting that I stated that you sounded just like a Russian bot, and you reflexively went to a straw man, insinuating I called you one. A little defensive, comrade.

More interesting that you can’t even recall what you were squawking about four posts ago.

You’re officially downgraded from useful to useless idiot.

Declaring victory with no supporting arguments is a tactic of the Left...or perhaps fellow comrades.

That’s not going to fly here on FR.

Proceed with your Putin boot-licking.

Now it sounds like you're projecting...something neo-liberal scum are quite good at.

What you haven't done is made any supporting argument of your own...just name call and declare victory for yourself.

Where's the beef sh!tbird?

Tick,tock...

The only civilian shelling that is going on is by Syria and Russia in Ghouta.

Is it your position that the Syrian government fired mortars from rebel held Ghouta to bomb the Opera House in Damacus?

Did the Syrian government also just attack the humanitarian corridor leading from Ghouta from those same rebel held positions?

Only a complete idiot would believe such nonsense.

Chee I don’t know, if you would quit listening to RT maybe you would have better information.

Your claims are wild and RT talking points.

President Trump has the Intel and knows damn well that “it was a DISGRACE”...what when the Russians and Syrians bombed the civilians in Ghouta.

So ram that up your Putin loosened orifice.

Your claim that the US is Not fighting ISIS is a credibility killer for all but the Russian/Putin deluded Trolls on FR.
